The intellectual strength and expertise of NIFT faculty reflects in the series of publications brought out by them and the research projects undertaken with the industry and global institutions. Different departments have published reports on contemporary fashion issues from time to time; information booklets have contributed to the pool of literature; and faculty members have published articles in leading journals as well as presented papers at national and international forums.

NIFT's Magazine

Fashion n Beyond is a quarterly magazine published by National Institute of Fashion Technology. The magazine endeavors to create an awareness of fashion among its readers. It brings together researched articles on fashion, management and technology and information on national and international events, forecasts, seminars, exhibitions, fairs and industry updates among other things.

The magazine is a platform to share knowledge and expertise of NIFT. The articles highlight projects undertaken by the faculty and innovative assignments done by students as part of the curriculum. An alumni corner in the magazine presents the achievements of our talented graduates. The magazine also covers important NIFT activities such as craft documentation, graduation projects and annual events of the Institute.

Reporting of events and articles is also done in a special section in Hindi. Fashion n Beyond hopes to explore the varied influences on fashion and inspires those who shape contemporary fashion. A visual treat for its readers, the magazine informs, inspires and stimulates creativity, providing a vision for the future.

The annual subscription rate for Fashion n Beyond is Rs.600 for Indian Nationals, US $40 for NRI/Foreign Nationals. There is a special rate of Rs.300 for students.

Articles for publication in the magazine are welcome from fashion professionals and NIFT faculty, students and the alumni.
